There were also hairs wrapped around the blow dryer when I went to use it. We did have a couple housekeeping issues-such as we had to call them to remind them to tidy up our room and empty the garbages and get us fresh towels one day. We enjoyed the well kept pool and hot tub, and we had fantastic massages at the spa. We ate at the Buffet, Minehaha Cafe, and Meadows Grille, and each meal was high quality and reasonably priced. I feel that says a lot about Mystic Lake as an employer. You usually see an employee here or there that is unfriendly-but I can honestly say that every employee we interacted with was a professional. I was impressed that every single staff member, from front desk, housekeeping, bell hops, servers, spa staff, and other folks were SO customer service oriented, friendly, and helpful.
